Week 18 DFS Value Plays

This is the final curtain call for the DFS regular season and Week 18 will be akin to throwing darts while wearing a blindfold. Plenty of starters will either sit or play a handful of series with some teams already having locked up a playoff spot and little to play for today -- most notably, Joe Burrow and Aaron Rodgers. So, where can we find some value on the board in these Week 18 matchups?

This play has everything to do with Damien Harris' availability for this game against the Dolphins -- he's currently listed as questionable with a hamstring injury. He likely will play, but it could be in a limited role as Stevenson proved worthy of carrying a big workload last week, racking up 107 yards on 19 carries and two scores. Expect the Patriots to lean heavily on their ground game to grind down this Dolphins defense.

Extra Value Play: Jamaal Williams, RB - Detroit Lions (DK: $4,800 / FD: $6,000)

Ke'Shawn Vaughn, RB - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (DK: $5,300 / FD: $5,900)

Vaughn appears to be in line for an increase in touches this week with Ronald Jones sidelined and both Leonard Fournette and Giovani Bernard still on injured reserve. That leaves Le'Veon Bell to compete for touches with Vaughn, so I would expect we see plenty of checkdowns or screen plays to the second-year back. Vaughn broke out in Week 16 against this same Panthers team, gaining 70 yards on seven carries and finding pay dirt.

Extra Value Play: D'Onta Foreman, RB - Tennessee Titans (DK: $5,700 / FD: $6,900)

Darnell Mooney, WR - Chicago Bears (DK: $5,900 / FD: $6,300)

The Bears have been playing some pretty meaningless football since the beginning of December, but Mooney has been a lone bright spot for them. In his last three games, the wideout is averaging 9.6 targets, 63 yards and added a touchdown. He now gets a pretty vanilla Vikings secondary giving up the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season. Regardless of who the Bears have under center, the one constant that remains in the offense is that Mooney is not stranger to targets, leading the team with 124 targets and 929 receiving yards -- he'll have a shot to eclipse the 1,000-yard mark today.

Extra Value Play: A.J. Green, WR - Arizona Cardinals (DK: $5,400 / FD: $5,700)
