Green Bay Packers (9-3) @ Detroit Lions (11-1)
This is a heavyweight tilt in the NFC North and likely the last chance for the Packers to make some ground on the Lions in the division. It's been a tough division this year with three teams approaching double-digit wins and it is admirable how Dan Campbell gets the Lions to compete each week with their injuries continuing to mount. Pick: Lions, 27-24.
Line: Lions -3.5
ML: Lions
Spread: Packers
New York Jets (3-9) @ Miami Dolphins (5-7)
The Jets continue their slide down the standings despite Aaron Rodgers playing better, and now they're primed for a shootout with the Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa really is the lifeline to this team, as the offense has been clicking since his return. Look for Mike McDaniel to pull some tricks out of his bag this Sunday and secure the win. Pick: Dolphins, 27-20.
Line: Dolphins -6
ML: Dolphins
Spread: Dolphins
Atlanta Falcons (6-6) @ Minnesota Vikings (10-2)
This is the perfect revenge spot for Kirk Cousins, and the public seems to like the Vikings at home here, but I'm going with a bounce back from him. The Falcons badly need a win here and it's time for Cousins to step up in a big spot and shake off last week's performance. Pick: Falcons, 24-21.
Line: Vikings -6
ML: Falcons
Spread: Falcons
New Orleans Saints (4-8) @ New York Giants (2-10)
Some people in the Saints' camp believe there's still a shot to save the season, but I'm not one of them. This should be a chance for them to get back in the win column and instill some pride in the team as the Giants are a complete mess right now. Pick: Saints, 23-16.
Line: Saints -5
ML: Saints
Spread: Saints
Carolina Panthers (3-9) @ Philadelphia Eagles (10-2)
This is a lopsided game, but the Panthers have been testy the last few weeks, rallying around their young quarterback Bryce Young. Still, the Eagles are right there with the Lions as the class of the NFC and it's hard to see the road team pulling off the upset here. Pick: Eagles, 28-17.
Line: Eagles -13.5
ML: Eagles
Spread: Panthers
Cleveland Browns (3-9) @ Pittsburgh Steelers (9-3)
The Browns stunned the Steelers just a few weeks ago in primetime, and I don't think Mike Tomlin will let that happen again. This defense will be tenacious in getting after Jameis Winston this week and even if George Pickens is unable to play, the Steelers should roll. Pick: Steelers, 23-13.
Line: Steelers -6.5
ML: Steelers
Spread: Steelers
Las Vegas Raiders (2-10) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-6)
The Bucs find themselves back in the race for the NFC South and have the chance to take the division lead this week with a win (and a Falcons loss). Todd Bowles delivers some difficult schemes for opposing quarterbacks to read and I'll look for his defense to be the difference here to get them over the top. Pick: Buccaneers, 24-17.
Line: Buccaneers -6.5
ML: Buccaneers
Spread: Buccaneers
Jacksonville Jaguars (2-10) @ Tennessee Titans (3-9)
We might as well call this game the "Toilet Bowl" as both teams could find themselves with the top pick in next year's draft. What a fall from grace for the Jags, who just two years ago were in the AFC divisional round under Doug Pederson. This team needs an overhaul, and let's hope Trevor Lawrence gets through the season healthy. Pick: Titans, 20-16.
Line: Titans -3
ML: Titans
Spread: Titans
Seattle Seahawks (7-5) @ Arizona Cardinals (6-6)
Huge NFC West implications in this game, and it's a little surprising to me the Cardinals are favored. There have been some inconsistencies offensively in recent weeks that have led to the Cards' two-game losing streak and they'll need to clean that up against a tough Seahawks defense. Zach Charbonnet gets the start this week, and he should be a difference maker in the backfield for the road team. Pick: Seahawks, 20-17.
Line: Cardinals -2.5
ML: Seahawks
Spread: Seahawks
Buffalo Bills (10-2) @ Los Angeles Rams (6-6)
The Bills look good on both sides of the ball, and I wasn't a believer before the season started after they had lost so many veteran players to free agency. We can tip our caps to Josh Allen, who has the inside track on league MVP, and he will be the biggest test for this young Rams defense. Pick: Bills, 26-23.
Line: Bills -3.5
ML: Bills
Spread: Rams
Chicago Bears (4-8) @ San Francisco 49ers (5-7)
Caleb Williams has shown some promise in recent weeks, but last week's Thanksgiving blunder to close out the game in a loss to the Lions, was certainly befuddling. The Bears fired Matt Eberflus (about time) following that loss, and we'll see if it sparks a fire this week. The Niners are still battling for the division and will need this win to keep their hopes alive. Pick: 49ers, 23-17.
Line: 49ers -3
ML: 49ers
Spread: 49ers
Los Angeles Chargers (8-4) @ Kansas City Chiefs (11-1)
This might be the game of the week, as two AFC West juggernauts collide with Jim Harbaugh looking to avenge the Chargers' loss in Week 4 to these same Chiefs. On paper, this should be a defensive struggle, but I wonder if Andy Reid is going to open things up a little bit as we've seen Patrick Mahomes throw for at least 250 yards and two touchdowns in four of their last six games. Pick: Chiefs, 27-24.
Line: Chiefs -4
ML: Chiefs
Spread: Chargers
Cincinnati Bengals (4-8) @ Dallas Cowboys (5-7)
The Cowboys will look for just their second home win on the season when they host the Bengals on Monday night. Zac Taylor's team has been hot offensively, but they can't get a defensive stop when they need it the most. The Cowboys offense isn't as explosive with Dak Prescott out of the lineup, so I'm going to lean on the road team here as I don't think the defense will have an answer for Ja'Marr Chase. Pick: Bengals, 28-20.
Line: Bengals -5.5
ML: Bengals
Spread: Cowboys
