There are some key injuries heading into Week 11 that will impact the DFS community, most notably, the duo of Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins appear to be sitting out against the Seahawks. Meanwhile, Amari Cooper tested positive for Covid-19 and will miss the shootout with the Chiefs, while Alvin Kamara and Aaron Jones are two RB's out this Sunday. With those notable injuries, this where the value creeps into play, so let's dive into some plays.
AJ Dillon, RB - Green Bay Packers (DK: $6,200 / FD: $7,000)
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Dillon will be a popular play this week following the announcement of Jones' availability. That being said, I think he's a must play anyway as the Vikings are giving up 20 FP/G to opposing RB's (9th-most) and I would suspect the Packers lean on Dillon here while on the road in front of a raucous crowd. The one thing the Packers could use in this game would be David Bakhtiari, who was activated from the PUP list ahead of Week 10, but he still won't suit up for this game either. Feel confident in rolling out Dillon in your lineups as the Vikes have struggled against the run this year.
Extra Value Play: Tony Pollard, RB - Dallas Cowboys (DK: $4,700 / FD: $5,600)
Corey Davis, WR - N.Y. Jets (DK: $5,000 / FD: $6,400)
Davis was putting together a pretty solid game last week against the Bills -- five catches for 93 yards -- but, ended up with a fumble. He's seen at least seven targets in four of his last five games and I don't see any reason why his target share would take a dip this week against the Dolphins. This is a pretty favorable matchup for Davis as the Dolphins have surrendered 26.3 FP/G to opposing wideouts (5th-most). You're seeing players like Christian Kirk and Jarvis Landry in this price range this week, but I'd lean on Davis here with the consistency in his target volume.
Extra Value Play: Tee Higgins, WR - Cincinnati Bengals (DK: $5,400 / FD: $6,500)
Michael Gallup, WR - Dallas Cowboys (DK: $4,200 / FD: $5,400)
I absolutely love this spot for Gallup who will get the start opposite CeeDee Lamb in what's expected to be the highest scoring game of the day. Gallup's return from the IR last week against the Falcons resulted in three catches for 42 yards, but let's consider the game script in what was a blowout from start to finish and the coaching staff likely wanting to ease him back into action. Now, I would suspect Kellen Moore will rip the band-aid off and throw it away as this is going to be a shootout most likely. Both of these defenses are middle of the pack when it comes to giving up fantasy points to WR's, but we've seen the Chiefs secondary be exploited often this year and if there's one certainty heading into this game, it's that Dak Prescott, like Patrick Mahomes is going to feast.
Extra Value Play: Emmanuel Sanders, WR - Buffalo Bills (DK: $5,300 / FD: $5,800)
