Week 10 DFS Value Plays

Melvin Gordon III, RB - Denver Broncos (DK: / FD: $6,300)

I really like this spot for Gordon against an Eagles defense currently giving up 19.9 FP/G to opposing RB's (11th-most). What's more is that Gordon has double-digit fantasy points in three straight games and found pay dirt in back-to-back weeks. If the Broncos can dominate the line of scrimmage the way they did last week against the Cowboys, I think the game script leans towards a run heavy offense and Gordon should benefit immensely.

Extra Value Play: J.D. McKissic, RB - Washington Football Team (DK: / FD: $5,400)

Christian Kirk, WR - Arizona Cardinals (DK: / FD: $6,700)

I know, I know the Panthers may have the best secondary in the NFL and only the Bills have allowed fewer fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season. However, I'm not sure what we're getting this week from the Panthers with P.J. Walker likely starting, so this game could be flipped upside down in a hurry. It's also worth noting that Kirk has double-digit fantasy points in three of his last four games, while averaging at least six targets in that same span.

Extra Value Play: Jerry Jeudy, WR - Denver Broncos (DK: / FD: $6,200)

Cole Beasley, WR - Buffalo Bills (DK: / FD: $6,100)

Beasley's volume has seen a significant increase over the last few weeks, seeing nine, 13 and 11 targets respectively and he has at least seven grabs in that same span. In four career games against the Jets he is averaging 5.8 receptions and 10.74 yards per catch. I think Josh Allen will continue to rely on his best option out of the slot and Beasley should be able to feast on the Jets over the middle.

Extra Value Play: Russell Gage, WR - Atlanta Falcons (DK: / FD: $6,000)

Pat Freiermuth, TE - Pittsburgh Steelers (DK: / FD: $5,100)

Ben Roethlisberger seems to be taking a liking to Freiermuth lately (although Big Ben will sit today's game out due to Covid-19 protocols), especially in the red zone. The rookie TE has hauled in three scores over the last two weeks and gained the confidence of his veteran QB. The Lions have been pretty good against opposing TE's this year, allowing just 5.9 FP/G (8th-fewest), but this is a TD dependent play and I think the big man finds pay dirt again this week.

Extra Value Play: Dan Arnold, TE - Jacksonville Jaguars (DK: / FD: $5,100)
